Knife-Wielding Masked Man Robs Nelson Spar
Police were scrambled at 4.20pm today after a masked crook stormed into a Spar shop on Leeds Road, Nelson. The man, wearing a balaclava and armed with a knife, threatened staff before making off with a haul of cash.
Thief Makes Daring Getaway on Bike
The robber didn’t hang around. He jumped on a bike and sped away from the scene. Witnesses describe him as a white male, around 6ft tall, with a large build.
