Hampshire Police are on the lookout for witnesses and dashcam footage after an e-scooter collided with a white van in Millbrook. The smash went down at about 5:30pm on Monday, 16 September, right at a pedestrian crossing on Wimpson Lane near the Millbrook roundabout.

Van Driver Flees Scene Without Details

The incident involved an e-scooter rider and a white van driver, who is still untraced. Although nobody was hurt, the van driver only stopped briefly to check on the rider before driving off without leaving any contact information.

Police Description and Appeal

Officers describe the van driver as a white male in his 20s, around 6ft 1in tall, with a slim build. Hampshire Police are urgently asking the driver to step forward and anyone who saw the collision to come forward.

They’re also calling for anyone with dash cam or CCTV footage from the area around the time of the crash to get in touch.
