Fatal Milton Keynes Hit-and-Run: Police Hunt Witnesses

Thames Valley Police have launched an urgent appeal for witnesses after a tragic road accident in Milton Keynes left a 59-year-old pedestrian dead.

Tragedy on Grafton Street

At around 6.20pm on Saturday, February 16, a man was struck by a Ford hatchback while crossing Grafton Street at the junction with Chapter (Coffee Hall). Despite being rushed to Milton Keynes University Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.

High-Visibility Jacket, Fatal Impact

PC Rob Turpin from the Serious Collisions Investigation Unit revealed the victim was wearing a high-visibility jacket when hit. He urged anyone who saw the collision or has dash-cam footage to come forward.

“The pedestrian who died was wearing a high visibility jacket and sustained fatal injuries when attempting to cross the road,” said PC Turpin. “If you witnessed the collision or have dash-cam footage, please contact us.”
