Police are urgently appealing for help to find 36-year-old James Telford, who was last seen this morning at St James’ Hospital in Portsmouth.
Last Seen At Portsmouth Hospital
James was last spotted by hospital staff just after 9am on Saturday 15 April. He is currently being treated at St James’ Hospital on Locksway Road but has since gone missing.
Health Concerns Spark Worries
Staff are growing increasingly worried for James’ welfare. He takes regular medication to manage his health, making his safe return a priority.

- Medium build, around 5ft 8ins tall
- Dark hair
- Beige and blue jacket
- Grey hooded top underneath
- Blue tracksuit bottoms with a single white stripe down each leg
