Urgent: Missing Teen Snatched by Mum in Portsmouth
Alisa, 13, Taken Without Permission
Alisa, just 13, and her mum Baiba Sniedzina, 52, were last spotted on Devonshire Avenue, Portsmouth, shortly before 3.30pm today (17 March).
Crucially, Baiba is not the girl’s legal guardian and has taken her daughter without any permission.
Police Hunt Mother and Daughter Duo
Officers are racing against time, following multiple leads to find Alisa and Baiba. They’re urging anyone with information or who might have seen them to get in touch immediately.
What They Look Like
- Alisa: Slim build, 5ft 4ins tall, mousy brown hair with blonde tips. She was wearing a mustard-coloured top and black leggings. She also had a teal hoodie with her.
- Baiba: Tall at 5ft 10ins, with short blonde hair. She wore a black t-shirt and leggings at the time.
