A 30-year-old man was found unconscious in the Calder Road underpass just after midnight on Sunday, 19 March 2023.

He is described as a white male, average build, around 5ft 10ins tall, with brown hair. When found, he wore jeans, a grey hoodie, and white Converse trainers. He may have been walking west along Calder Road near Saughton Mains Avenue in edinburgh/" title="Edinburgh" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Edinburgh.

Police Investigate Mystery Injuries

Detective Sergeant Alan Sharp said, “There is nothing at this time to suggest any crime has taken place, but we are carrying out enquiries to find out how the man came about his injuries.”

Public Appeal for Witnesses

DS Sharp urged anyone who saw a man matching this description walking in the Calder Road and Saughton area to come forward. He also called on drivers with dashcam footage who may have passed the man to contact police on 101, quoting incident number 0064 of March 19.
