Sexual Assault by River Mole: Police Hunting Creepy Suspect

Police were called after a young girl was sexually assaulted on Monday, 19 July, near the River Mole by Tilt Road Cemetery in Cobham. The attack happened between 1pm and 2.45pm. The suspect followed the victim, groped her, and indecently exposed himself.

Police Release E-Fit of Suspect

Authorities have issued an e-fit of the man they want to identify. He is described as:

  • White male, 50-60 years old
  • About 6ft tall, skinny build
  • Short grey hair
  • Spoke with a London-ish accent
  • Wore white trainers, a grey Lacoste t-shirt, and carried a black Nike backpack

Potential Witness Dog Walkers Sought

Police believe two dog walkers may have witnessed the incident and could hold key information:

  • A woman in her 30s walking a small dog, possibly a Chihuahua
  • A middle-aged man with a large, shaggy dog resembling a Hovawart
