Man Attempts to Steal Woman’s Greyhound During Evening Walk
Shock as a man tries to snatch a greyhound from a female dog walker around 6pm on Friday, 15 December. The thief made a quick escape, heading down a footpath towards St Nicholas Avenue.
Hero Steps In Amidst Scare
Another man nearby immediately checked on the woman, asking if she was alright after the brazen attempt.

- White male, early 20s
- About 5ft 6in tall
- Slim build
- Wearing all-black clothing
- Snood covering his face
