Police are seriously worried about Philip’s safety. He was last spotted leaving the Unicorn Hotel on Market Place, Ripon, just after 11 p.m.
What He Looks Like
- Height: Around 5’6″
- Bald head with a short grey goatee beard
- Wearing khaki cargo pants
- Light green/beige t-shirt with a black picture on the front
- Brown leather shoes
- Jumper or fleece tied around his shoulders
Where He Was Last Seen
Philip was seen leaving the hotel, turning left onto Duck Hill and Kirkgate. His whereabouts are currently unknown.
