E-Bike Rider Threatened with Hammer in Shocking Sevenoaks Robbery
Police are hunting three suspects after an e-bike rider was robbed in broad daylight near Sevenoaks. The brazen attack unfolded just before 11:45am on Thursday, 1 August 2024, in Old Polhill.
Hammer-Wielding Gang Threatens Victim, Escapes on Foot and Bike
According to sources, two men and a teenage boy confronted the victim. The teen brandished a hammer to intimidate the rider before speeding off on the stolen e-bike. The two men fled on foot towards Filston Lane. Cops later found the discarded bike at the junction of Old Polhill and Filston Lane.
Suspects Described: Mid-30s Men and Ginger-Headed Teen
- One man: around 6ft tall, large build, ginger stubble, wearing white t-shirt and jeans.
- Second man: approximately 5ft 8in, stocky build, wearing jeans.
- Teenager: white, about 14 years old, small build, 5ft 4in tall with ginger hair.
Police Urge Locals to Check CCTV and Dashcams
