Gun Threat Sparks Armed Police Raid in Broxtowe
Police were called to Lindfield Road, Broxtowe, at 4.15pm on 4 May after a woman reported being threatened by a man who appeared to be brandishing a gun.
Knives and Samurai Swords Found in Related Police Search
Armed officers raided a property on Strelley Road, Broxtowe, uncovering multiple knives and samurai swords linked to the incident.
Man Arrested Over Firearm Threat, Three Others Held
A 29-year-old man was arrested at around 9am on 5 May on Hucknall Lane, Bulwell, suspected of possessing a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.
In addition, a 33-year-old man and two 23-year-old women were detained on suspicion of assisting an offender. All four remain in custody.
