Gun Threat Sparks Armed Police Raid in Broxtowe
Police were called to Lindfield Road, Broxtowe, at 4.15pm on 4 May after a woman reported being threatened by a man who appeared to be brandishing a gun.
Knives and Samurai Swords Found in Related Police Search
Armed officers raided a property on Strelley Road, Broxtowe, uncovering multiple knives and samurai swords linked to the incident.
Man Arrested Over Firearm Threat, Three Others Held
A 29-year-old man was arrested at around 9am on 5 May on Hucknall Lane, Bulwell, suspected of possessing a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.
In addition, a 33-year-old man and two 23-year-old women were detained on suspicion of assisting an offender. All four remain in custody.

“Our officers worked tirelessly to arrest these suspects and will continue reassuring the community. The force is committed to removing firearms from the streets and educating the public about their dangers.”
