Angry Man Pounds Pensioner Over Bus Seat Row
Drama erupted just before 3pm on 19 April when a man launched a verbal assault on a 71-year-old woman sitting in an empty seat. The rant quickly escalated as an 81-year-old man stepped in to defend her.
Violence Breaks Out on Public Transport
The aggressor snapped, claiming “she was in my seat,” before landing a punch square on the older gentleman’s eye. Witnesses were left stunned as chaos unfolded on the service at James Street station.
Staff Intervene to Stop the Madness
Thankfully, two staff members acted swiftly, ejecting the troublemaker from the train before things got worse. Authorities are now on the hunt for the culprit.
