Officers from Thames Valley Police have recovered a Kia vehicle tangled up in a string of suspicious activities in Wheatley. The car was repeatedly reported near building sites where males were seen loitering around unattended machinery, raising serious alarm.

Illegal Car Found Uninsured and Untaxed

PCs Dollery and Woolley led the operation that uncovered the car’s dodgy credentials. The vehicle was not only connected to suspicious behaviour but was also uninsured, untaxed, and had a long-expired MOT – making it outright illegal on the road.

Police Speak Out on Crime Crackdown

“This vehicle has been involved in multiple reports of suspicious activity and was found to be in breach of several road traffic offences. It has now been seized and removed from the area,” a Thames Valley Police spokesperson confirmed.

Community Urged to Stay Vigilant

Thames Valley Police have vowed to ramp up efforts against criminal and vehicle-related offences, especially targeting areas with construction site theft risks.
