Sex attacker on Leeds train hunted by police

Detectives want your help to track down a man who sexually assaulted a passenger on a train between Leeds and Apperley Bridge.

Incident on the 8.45pm train

The shocking attack happened around 8.45pm on Monday, 7 August. The victim told officers the suspect sat next to them before carrying out the assault during the journey.

Police release image to identify suspect

The British Transport Police (BTP) have put out an image of the man believed to hold key information. Authorities urge anyone who recognises him or knows anything to step forward immediately.
