Scooter Theft Spree Hits Thanet – Owners on High Alert!
Thieves are on the prowl in Thanet, with a series of scooter and moped thefts rattling local riders. Police are urging owners to stay sharp after multiple vehicles were targeted across the area.
Green Vespa and Red Neco Scooters Stolen
- A green Vespa vanished from Mere Gate, Margate, sometime between 1am and 8am on Saturday, 5 March 2022.
- A red Neco scooter was stolen from St Mildred’s Road, Westgate, sometime between Monday 28 February and Friday 4 March.
- Plus, an attempt to swipe a moped on Manston Road, Ramsgate, was reported around 1.30am on Monday 7 March.
