Man Stabbed Outside Stoke Newington Primary School

Police rushed to Oldhill Street, Hackney at 1.05pm on Monday, 24 February after reports of a stabbing outside a primary school. Officers sealed off the scene and called in the London Ambulance Service.

Victim Sustains Serious but Non-Life-Threatening Injuries

A 54-year-old man suffered stab wounds. Although his injuries aren’t life-threatening, police say they could be life-changing. He was quickly taken to hospital for treatment.

A 49-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent. Police assured the public that no pupils were involved or hurt during the incident.
