Sex assault horror at Littlehampton’s Maltravers Leisure Gardens
Maltravers Leisure Gardens in Littlehampton is locked down after a teenage girl was sexually assaulted on Friday night.
Police seal off crime scene
Sussex Police swooped on the area at around 7:15pm on October 25. The gardens near St Winefride’s Road have been cordoned off as an active crime scene.
Specialist officers offer support
A police spokesperson said: “Police are investigating a report of a sexual assault on a teenage girl in the vicinity of St Winefride’s Road, Littlehampton, at about 7:15pm on Friday.” They added specialist officers are supporting the victim and her family through this traumatic time.
