Teen Arrested with Knife and Cannabis Near School in Peacehaven
15-Year-Old Nabbed After School
A 15-year-old boy was arrested this afternoon in Peacehaven’s Meridian Centre, just as local secondary schools let out. The youngster was caught with cannabis and an offensive weapon – reported to be a knife – near around 50 pupils hiding from the rain.
Cops Move Swiftly
The arrest was carried out by a Sussex police constable, with help from two fresh-faced PCSOs. The boy is now in custody and being questioned as investigations continue.
