Man Dies After Nightclub Brawl in Milton Keynes

Tragedy struck in Milton Keynes in the early hours of Monday, December 27, when two men in their twenties were rushed to hospital with serious injuries following an assault at the Atesh venue.

28-Year-Old Dies, Second Man Stable

The attack happened just before 1.30am. Despite emergency treatment, a 28-year-old Milton Keynes man sadly died from his injuries on December 28. His family have been notified and are receiving support from specially trained officers. Another man in his twenties remains in stable condition at the hospital.

Police Launch Murder Investigation

Detective Inspector Dejan Avramovic, leading the Thames Valley Police Major Crime Unit, confirmed a murder inquiry has been launched. He said: “My thoughts remain with the family at this difficult time and they continue to be supported by our officers.”

DI Avramovic revealed no arrests have been made yet, but police are following several important leads. A scene watch is still in place at the venue, expected to remain for some time.

Public Urged to Come Forward

The officer warned the public to expect a strong police presence as investigations continue. The altercation reportedly began inside the club and spilled outside to the smoking area. Many witnesses may have seen the incident.
