Transporter Driver Caught Snorting Coke Behind Wheel – Twice!

Watch out, Britain! A transporter driver was nabbed by North Yorkshire Police after being caught sniffing cocaine while driving a massive lorry. And shockingly, this wasn’t a one-off – the same man got busted for the same offence twice in just one week!

Over 1,000 Miles on the Road High as a Kite

The jaw-dropping footage aired on Monday, February 6, showing officers chasing down the drugged-up driver. After driving over 1,000 miles in a single day, the driver was spotted veering all over the road in his three-tonne transporter.

Traffic officers Rich Ellis and Rich Clarke revealed: “We respond regularly to tip-offs from the public who despise drink and drug drivers. They’re a hazard to society as well as to road users and themselves.”

When cops finally pulled him over, a cocaine test came back positive. The driver initially protested, “Give up! Are you having a p***?” before admitting he’d taken cocaine in the last 20 days.

Second Bust Near Leeds After Snorting Coke with £5 Note

Just days later, the same driver was seen snorting cocaine with a £5 note before taking to the road near Leeds. Traffic cop Matt Harvey said: “It’s bad enough snorting cocaine while driving any vehicle, but doing it in a van or large lorry has massive consequences if involved in an accident.”

After a second high-speed pursuit, officers stopped him again. The driver called the situation “ridiculous”, but the evidence was clear – he was high on cocaine behind the wheel, twice in one week.

£200 Fine and a Year Behind Bars on the Road

The transporter driver was charged with drug driving and handed a one-year driving ban. He also has to fork out over £200 in fines and costs. A stark warning to anyone thinking about hitting the road after snorting drugs – police are on the hunt, and the consequences are severe.
