Tragedy at Fareham Park: 'Wiggy' Found Dead
Ian Symes, 34, known affectionately as ‘Wiggy’, was pronounced dead at the recreation ground on Hillson Drive, Fareham, at 10:25 a.m. today. Emergency services were called following a welfare concern.

The South Central Ambulance Service and police were quick to respond. enquiries into the circumstances of his death are ongoing.
Family Mourns and Appeals for Privacy
“We are overwhelmed by the tributes and flowers left at the field,” Wiggy’s family said. “This is a tragic incident, and police are still investigating the circumstances.”
“Many people will miss him. We would appreciate it if everyone would respect our family’s wishes, leave us alone, and give us time to grieve.”
