Three Teens Held After 16-Year-Old Stabbed to Death in Corby
Three youths, aged 17, 17, and 15, have been arrested over the murder of a 16-year-old boy in Corby. The shocking stabbing happened on Constable Road just before 7pm on Tuesday, May 25.
Despite desperate efforts by paramedics, the teenager died shortly after the attack. All three suspects remain in police custody this morning, Wednesday, May 26.
Police Launch Manhunt and Appeal for Witnesses
“This is an exceptionally sad and tragic incident,” said Detective Chief Inspector Joe Banfield. “A young life has been cut short. We are determined to bring those responsible to justice.”
“Arrests were made quickly and enquiries are moving fast. But we urge anyone with information to come forward. We believe this was an isolated incident but high-visibility patrols will continue throughout Corby today to reassure the community.”
