Man Found Dead Near West London Canal Sparks Murder Probe

A grim discovery in West London: a man’s body was found near a canal path on Horsenden Lane North, Greenford, Ealing. The shocking find happened late Tuesday, December 16.

Emergency Services Rush to Scene

Police and paramedics arrived at around 11:15pm after a welfare concern call. Tragically, the man was pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of death remains unknown as a post-mortem has yet to be carried out.

Three Held Over Murder

Two men, aged 43 and 36, and a 39-year-old woman were arrested at the property on suspicion of murder. All three remain in custody as detectives continue their investigation.

Metropolitan Police said: “At around 23:15 on Tuesday, 16 December, police were called to reports of a concern for welfare at an address in Horsenden Lane North, Greenford. Officers, along with the London Ambulance Service, attended and sadly discovered the body of a man. He was pronounced dead. Two men, aged 43 and 36, and a 39-year-old woman were arrested at the scene on suspicion of murder and remain in police custody.”
