The other driver, a 16-year-old boy, was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving, failing to stop, and aggravated vehicle taking. He is believed to have been involved in a police pursuit before the smash. The driver was taken to hospital with minor injuries but was later released into police custody.
Road Closure Causes Major Traffic Chaos
Both carriageways of the A21 remain closed, causing huge delays for commuters. Authorities urge drivers to avoid the area until the scene is cleared and investigations wrap up.
Independent Probe Underway
