Tributes Pour In for Martin Rogers, 31, After Fatal Crash in Andover
Martin Rogers, 31, from Bridge Street, Andover, tragically died following a collision with a grey Vauxhall Corsa. The crash happened at around 5.10pm on 25 February at the junction of Smannell Road and Cricketers Way.
Family Pay Heartfelt Tribute
Martin’s loved ones described him as a “kind soul” and a “caring person” who was deeply cherished by all who knew him. They said:
“Martin was someone that was deeply loved. He had a kind soul and was a caring person to all that he met.
“He will be deeply missed, never forgotten, and will always be in our hearts.
“We love you, lots of love from mum, brother Dean, sister Charlene, partner Dani, and everyone who knew him.”
“We would also like to thank the ambulance service for everything they did for him.”
Police Hunt Witnesses and Dashcam Footage
Sgt Mark Furse of the Serious Collision Investigation Unit urged anyone who witnessed the crash or saw the grey Vauxhall Corsa beforehand to come forward.
“If you saw what happened or saw the grey Corsa in the moments leading up to the collision, please get in touch.”
“We are also eager to review any dashcam footage that might help with our investigation.”

Man Arrested and Released as Probe Continues
An 18-year-old man from Andover was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. He has since been released but remains under investigation.
