Early this morning, officers from Operation Raptor stormed eight properties in Chingford and Waltham Abbey, targeting notorious drug crews.
Seven Arrested Over Heroin and Crack Cocaine Supply
The raids followed public tip-offs about rising drug dealing in Waltham Abbey, Loughton, and Harlow. Police arrested seven suspects — four women and three men — all held on suspicion of Class A drug supply, specifically heroin and crack cocaine.
Weapons and Cash Seized in Police Blitz
Officers found and confiscated weapons, cash, scales, and mobile phones during the searches, dealing a serious blow to local drug networks.

“These warrants were executed following reports of an influx of drug supply in parts of West Essex,” said PC Emily Larkin from the Operation Raptor team. “We take these reports seriously and residents can be assured we will act.”
