Baby Girl Dies in Croydon – Woman Arrested for Murder
A shocking tragedy has struck Croydon after a three-month-old baby girl was found unresponsive at a home on Saturday, 2 March. London Ambulance Service responded at 11:56am, rushing the baby to hospital where she was sadly pronounced dead just over an hour later at 1:05pm.
Woman, 40, Held on Suspicion of Murder
Police have arrested a 40-year-old woman on suspicion of murder. She remains in custody while officers continue their investigation. The baby and woman were known to each other, and authorities say they are not seeking anyone else in connection with the case.
