Police are hunting witnesses after a car knocked down a pedestrian in Southampton just before 7am today (February 2). The black 4×4 Toyota was driving along Cobden Avenue near Cobbett Road in Bitterne when the collision happened.

Victim Taken to Hospital with Minor Injuries

The pedestrian, a woman, suffered minor injuries and was rushed to Southampton General Hospital for treatment. Thankfully, her injuries are not life-threatening.
