Pensioner Robbed of 5k Rolex Watch and Lighter as he sat on Bench
Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was robbed in uk/where/lymington/">Lymington, New Forest. At around 11am on Tuesday, October 18, the 70-year-old victim was sat on a bench on St Thomas Street, near St Thomas Church, when he was approached from behind by two men.
The men stole a Rolex watch worth around £4,500, and a gold Dupont cigarette lighter, worth around £700. Both men then fled the scene. One of the men was described as wearing a red top and grey jogging bottoms. Officers would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident, or saw two men speaking with an elderly man in the area at this time.
