Police appeal for Witness after Portsmouth Break in

Police are appealing for information following a burglary in Southsea in the early hours of this morning (March 15). It is alleged that two men went to a property in St Andrew’s Road at about 2.30am this morning. A man knocked the ground-floor window of the address and told the occupant to open the door; the communal front door was then forced open. After entering the address, the offenders quickly fled the scene.  They were seen to leave in a car. Nobody was hurt in the incident and nothing was stolen. One of the two men was described as:

·            Black

·            Early – mid 20s

·            About 5’10” – 5’-11”

·            Slim build

·            Clean shaven

·            He was wearing a dark-coloured hoody, zipped tight to his chin
