Lorry driver charged over M3 roll over collision
A Man has been charged following M3 collision Officers investigating a collision on the M3 near Eastleigh have charged a man. Police were called at 9.36pm on Sunday 14 January to reports of an overturned lorry on the southbound carriageway at junction 12. Paul Turton, from Quebec Road, Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire, has been charged with driving without due care and attention, and failing to provide a specimen.
