Man Remanded after Arson attack at City Block of Flats
A man has appeared before Portsmouth City magistrates following a blaze that left Five people needing hospital treatment. Over Sixty fire fighters dealt with the blaze that broke out on the 13th floor just after 4am at Handsworth House in Quinton Close, Portsmouth last Thursday. He entered no plea before magistrates at the short appearance on Saturday. Arrandale was remanded and will appear at again on the 28th October 2016.
