A collision has taken place on the #M20 motorway between Junction 5 Maidstone towards Junction 4 #Leybourne. The collision is blocking lanes 1 and 2 (of 3). Traffic in lane 3 is passing very slowly past scene. Emergency services are at the scene with delays reported of up to 30 minutes on approach to the incident
