13-year-old boy assaulted outside a shop in Portsmouth Road, Woolston, Southampton
Police have released CCTV of a man following an assault of a teenager in Southampton. Officers would like to speak to him after a 13-year-old boy was assaulted outside a shop in Portsmouth Road, Woolston, Southampton. The incident took place at around 7.30pm on back in January 19, 2016. The 13-year-old boy entered the store with his bike and a male customer told him to leave. The customer then approached the boy as he sat on his bike outside and hit him on the left side of his face. Officers are now in a position to release a CCTV picture of the man they would like to speak to about the assault. He is described as a white male, aged in his early 30s to 40s, of slim build, over 5ft 6ins tall and had a thin face and very short, light brown hair. He wore a light-coloured flat cap and wore glasses.
