Fishing Boat Blaze in Shoreham Quay Sparks Emergency Response
Last night at 6.35pm, Shoreham’s Coastguard Team teamed up with Sussex Fire & Rescue and Littlehampton Coastguard to tackle a fiery emergency. A small fishing boat erupted in flames at Emerald Quay, Shoreham Harbour.
Quick Action Douses Dangerous Blaze
Firefighters from Shoreham and Hove arrived fast and extinguished the fire on the slipway. Meanwhile, coastguards checked the boat thoroughly to confirm it was safe. Thankfully, no one was seriously hurt during the dramatic incident.
