Fatal Crash on M6: Man Dies After Horror Three-Vehicle Smash
Multi-Vehicle Collision Sparks Emergency Response
West Midlands Ambulance Service rushed to a serious crash just after 7am this morning. The incident involved a car, a van, and a lorry between junctions 4 and 3a on the M6 motorway.
Two ambulances, a paramedic officer, the Midlands Air Ambulance Critical Care Car, and a BASICS Emergency Doctor were all scrambled to the scene.
Only One Injured, But Sadly Dies Despite Life-Saving Efforts
A service spokesman said: “On arrival, crews found a collision involving a car, van, and lorry. The driver of the car, a middle-aged man, was the only person injured.”
He continued: “The man received advanced life support at the scene before being rushed on blue lights to University Hospital coventry/" title="Coventry" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Coventry & Warwickshire. A critical care paramedic from the Air Ambulance travelled with the patient.”
Tragically, the man was confirmed dead shortly after arriving at A&E, despite the heroic medical efforts.
