Locals have seen Clio alongside a man wearing a baseball cap. She was seen outside Brecon House Centennial Quay, sitting on a bench by Lidl, near Brewers on Portsmouth Road Woolston, and lastly near ONE STOP in Bitterne. Alarm bells are ringing that she may have been dognapped.
