A2070 Closed Both Ways After Collision
The A2070 is shut in both directions between the A259 at Brenzett and the A2042 at Snave following a collision. Kent Police are currently at the scene.
Traffic Diverted on Alternative Routes
Drivers heading southbound are being rerouted via King Street to Brenzett, then along the B2080 to rejoin the A2070 at Brenzett Roundabout.
Northbound traffic is diverted from Brenzett Roundabout onto the B2080 to Brenzett, then taking King Street to get back onto the A2070 at Romney Marsh.
Expect Delays and Longer Journeys
Motorists should brace for delays approaching the closures. Extra journey times are likely on the diversion routes.
