A40 Shut After Serious Crash Near Northolt Involving Tesco Lorry

Chaos on the A40 as police shut the northbound carriageway near Northolt following a serious incident involving a Tesco heavy goods vehicle.

The crash happened around midnight on Tuesday by the Target McDonald’s roundabout, forcing officers to close the road to traffic while they investigate.

Emergency Services Rush to Scene

Specialist collision teams were quickly called in to assess the scene. First aid kits and an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) left on the hard shoulder hint at the severity of the incident.

Despite the swift response, police have not yet revealed the condition of those involved.
