Afton Marsh Recycling Centre Set to Reopen After Revamp
Freshwater Site Back in Business
Afton Marsh Recycling Centre near Freshwater will officially reopen on Saturday, 26 March. The site has been closed for refurbishment but is now ready to welcome back visitors.
Upgrades Bring Big Improvements

- Freshly painted lines for better traffic flow
- Upgraded lighting for safer visits
- New automatic number plate recognition camera installed
New Opening Days Confirmed
The centre will operate on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. Meanwhile, Lynnbottom Recycling Centre continues to run as usual.
