Appeal over inappropriate behaviour on bus in Tunbridge Wells

A CCTV image has been issued of a man who police believe may have important information in relation to an allegation of inappropriate behaviour on a bus in Tunbridge Wells. At around 9.15pm on 9 May 2019 a woman was travelling on the number seven bus in the St John’s Road area, when she was approached by a man who tried to sit next to her and speak to her. The victim felt uncomfortable and pressed the stop button to get off. It is reported that as she walked past the man to reach the exit doors she was assaulted. PC Katie Hazard, of the west Kent Vulnerable Investigation Team said: ‘We believe this man may hold information which can assist our investigation.
