A 10-year-old boy reported missing in Dover has allegedly been found dead in the sea, according to eyewitnesses. The grim discovery happened after a man noticed a human head bobbing in the water near a jetty and called police immediately.

“A random man who was standing at the jetty looking out spotted what appeared to be a head in the water and called police straight away. Police were there very quickly,” a local witness told UKNIP.
