Climate protesters from Just Stop Oil sparked traffic mayhem in South London this morning (Tuesday, December 6). Around 20 demonstrators marched through Borough just after 8 a.m., blocking a major road and causing delays.
This latest stunt is part of their 17-day strike against new oil and gas licences. The group vowed to keep marching across London from November 28 until December 14 to ramp up pressure on the government.

Just Stop Oil activists pulled a stunt at Harrods last Saturday (December 3), sneaking into a display bed in the high-end store’s home department. Security guards quickly sprang into action, shooing the eco-warriors out of the sofas where they were spotted lounging.
“About 20 security guards escorted them out rapidly,” the protest group revealed.
