Expect snarling delays at Blackwall Tunnel after a police incident forced a full closure in both directions this afternoon (January 19th).
Lane Closures Cause Chaos
Two lanes heading north and south were shut while officers scrambled to deal with the incident near the Tower Hamlets side of the tunnel.
Medical Emergency On Scene
Reports suggest someone is facing a medical emergency. Specialist Met Police units and the London Fire Brigade have been rushed to the location.
