Where’s Regan? Family’s Fears Grow After Hoo Man Vanishes
Regan Phillips, 25, from Hoo, has vanished without a trace. The last sighting of him was caught on CCTV outside a McDonald’s in Strood at 11.15pm on Friday. His family say his disappearance is “out of character” and are growing worried sick.
Last Seen Outside Strood McDonald’s After Night Out
Regan had been out with workmates at the George Vaults on Rochester High Street. According to his mum, Julie Phillips, Regan was “really excited” about the night. After leaving the pub, CCTV shows him heading towards Strood High Street, captured near the fast-food joint on Commercial Road.
Julie told KentOnline, “He has never gone missing before and always tells us where he is.”
Neighbour Raises Alarm; Police Step In
Concerned neighbours reported Regan missing after he failed to return to his flat. Police checked his home but found no sign of him. Regan had messaged a neighbour shortly before midnight, saying he’d be back around 12:10am — but he never arrived or made contact since.
