EasyJet has confirmed the death of a passenger at Gatwick Airport. The airline revealed that several cabin crew members rushed to help the unnamed traveller while waiting for paramedics to arrive.

A number of our cabin crew provided medical assistance to a passenger at Gatwick Airport while waiting for paramedics to arrive, but the passenger sadly passed away,” EasyJet said in a statement.
Quick Response Couldn’t Prevent Tragedy
The airline praised its crew’s swift action but offered no further details about the passenger or cause of death. Emergency services were called to the scene promptly, but sadly, the efforts were not enough.
