HGV Driver Caught On Phone After Dover Lorry Crash

An HGV driver was snapped using his phone moments before crashing into a car on Townwall Street, Dover, at 11am today. The lorry driver was promptly taken back to the docks and questioned by Kent Road Policing officers.
