Manhunt Underway as Prisoner Flees HMP Hatfield

Police are in hot pursuit after 33-year-old Liam Slater made a dash from HMP Hatfield in Doncaster. The fugitive was last spotted at Stainforth Station, hopping on a train to Leeds at 8.46pm on Sunday, June 8.

Police Issue Urgent Warning

South Yorkshire Police have slammed the brakes on any attempts to approach Slater. They urge the public: do not approach him under any circumstances. If you spot him, dial 999 immediately.

Escape Sparks Multi-Agency Search

The breakout from the category one prison has kicked off a full-scale manhunt. Officers are combing transport footage and following up leads from Wetherby and Seacroft, areas linked to Slater’s known contacts.
