The collision involved a BMW and a silver 4×4 near the junction with Station Road, close to the Brading Bull Ring. The BMW narrowly missed hitting a property, coming to rest just inches away from it.
Emergency Services Swarm Scene
Police rushed to the scene shortly before 5pm and are now directing traffic amid heavy delays. Southern Vectis warned that bus routes 2 and 3 could face hold-ups.
