M&S Food Hall Opens in Portsmouth with Easter Treats and Prizes
Marks & Spencer is bringing a fresh foodie buzz to Portsmouth with the grand opening of its new Foodhall on Burrfields Road next Wednesday – and it’s not just any launch. The event promises fizz, fun, and fabulous prizes to celebrate Easter in style.
Fizz and Flavours to Welcome You
Visitors to the new M&S Foodhall at Ocean Retail Park will be greeted with a glass of bubbly from local Hambledon Wines and Isle of Wight Brewery. Alongside the drinks, guests can sample tasty seasonal treats from the Foodhall’s brand-new range – a perfect start to the celebrations.
Hunt for Golden Eggs and Win Big
Fancy your chances at a prize? The store is hiding eight giant golden eggs throughout the shopping space as part of an Easter treasure hunt. Inside each egg is an M&S Gift Card worth between £10 and £50. It’s a cracking way to bag some sweet deals.
Family Fun at the Café
Kids won’t be left out either. The Foodhall’s 44-seat Café will feature a children’s craft corner with nest-building and colouring sessions from 10am to noon. Plus, anyone popping into the café can try their luck at guessing the number of eggs in a jar – win a Gift Card if you get it right!
New Location Shakes Up Old Stores
The new M&S Foodhall opens at Unit 5c, Ocean Retail Park, Burrfields Road. Opening hours are 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday, and 10:30am to 4:30pm on Sundays.
Meanwhile, the iconic Commercial Road store will close its doors after more than 100 years on 20th March. The Fareham Shopping Centre branch will also shut on 21st April, making way for this exciting new chapter in Portsmouth’s food scene.
